Prayers for Prospering Times

Dear Lord, I thank You for this day. I appreciate today’s blessings, adventures, revelations and breakthroughs, successes and failures. This is a glorious day and I rejoice in it. Father, show me the Christ in everyone I meet or think about today. It would be very nice if I could discern some redeeming value or characteristic in every person who crosses my mind or crosses my path. I see You so clearly in some people and I forget to even look for You in others. I am ready to give that up and I am willing to behold Christ in everyone, including those who would deny that Christ exists. Shine Your Light of Understanding on my ignorance and Your Light of Love on my intolerance and prejudice. You are active within me as the energy of my motivation, inspiration, enlightenment and Love. I believe You are present in others just as You are present within me and You energize them in similar yet diverse ways. Reveal Yourself to me so that I can know others as You know me.
